Terms of Service

HELIOS Rclone is a private, personal-use integration for copying encrypted backup files from the owner's HELIOS server to the owner's Google Drive account.

Personal use

The application is not offered to the public, does not provide accounts to third parties, and is not a commercial service.

Availability

The application is provided on an as-is basis for the owner's own use. No guarantee is made regarding continuous availability, backup completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

User responsibility

The user is responsible for protecting local encryption credentials, OAuth credentials, recovery information, and the Google Account used for backups.

Google services

Use of Google Drive is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
